PUBLIC VIRTUAL SESSION
Your training team members will engage alongside L&D professionals from various companies and industries, gaining fresh perspectives and minimizing work disruption by staggering attendance. You will select from any upcoming sessions on the course calendar to find the ideal session(s) for your team’s timeline.
This option allows for more flexibility in scheduling where you can send your team members through different sessions throughout the year.
PRIVATE VIRTUAL SESSION
Private sessions offer greater focus on your organization’s unique challenges, enhancing team cohesion and flexibility, by ensuring class discussions will focus on your training and development team’s specific needs and questions. This option works well for team members in various locations and schedules.
By allowing team members to attend from anywhere in the world, a private virtual session fosters enhanced team building across geographies. This flexibility also reduces expenses by eliminating travel and lodging costs.
PRIVATE ONSITE SESSION (In Person)
Provide a tangible, hands-on learning experience that enhances team cohesion and focus by gathering in the same location with the instructor.
This option is ideal for groups of at least five members with the ability to gather in a central training space. Some organizations take advantage of this option to bring external training programs to their own L&D summits or off-sites.
INDIVIDUALIZED LEARNING SOLUTIONS
Individual members of your L&D team may have different development needs. Individualized learning solutions allow you to hand select the most learning paths for each team member, ensuring relevant learning to maximize potential and enhance overall team performance while still receiving the cost benefits of multiple team member enrollment.
